Returns Policy
We do our best at Northland Sires, Inc to live up to our high stand of customer service. We thoroughly inspect and seal every order with care before shipment. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or returns. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please contact our office directly at office@northlandsires.com.
Shipping Policy
SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE BILLED SEPARATELY.
Once an order is placed, producers will be contacted for shipping details.
We will bill separately for shipping as that cost will have a few variables so it will be only the cost of the straws and which type they choose on some of them.
We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States, Canada, and Australia via USPS.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please Contact us if you have any questions regarding RUSH or International Shipping options.
